Cassie + Kevin | Adventurous Lake Dillon & Sapphire Point Engagement Session

We are absolutely obsessed with how these photos turned out for Cassie and Kevin’s Lake Dillon and Sapphire Point engagement photos. Cassie and Kevin have been taking a year-long cross county road trip since July of 2021. While passing through Colorado, they reached out and asked us to take their engagement photos! We hopped on the phone, and after getting to know these two we of course said yes. When I asked these two what they were envisioning for their photos, they said: “mountains view’s with a lake in the background at sunset”. Finding them the perfect location for their engagement photos was not hard considering Colorado is filled with mountain views and alpine lakes. After these two picked their location, we set a time and met these two at Lake Dillon to start off. It was super windy, but the sun was shining and the temperature was perfect. After we spent some time down by the lake, we took the short drive up the road to Sapphire Point. We hiked all around and captured some amazing shots during golden hour, and a few at blue hour. It was super a beautiful day! Congratulations Kevin and Cassie! You two are the best!
