What I did for them
- Provided 5 location suggestions for them to pick from
- Gave them a customized 3D Map of all of the locations I suggested. Showing exact hiking trails, 4×4 roads, highlighting the routes, distance and elevation gain
- When work obligations prevented them from coming to town on their originally booked date, I changed their elopement date at no extra charge
- Boots on the ground location scouting to make sure the 4×4 road hadn’t changed since the last time i’d been there
- Pulled permits for eloping on public lands
- On the day of their elopement, got a text from Holly saying she was running late and asked if I get stop to get them champagne, of course I did!
- Personalized a list of vendors in Ouray that specialize in adventure elopements
- Gear Garage Items: Champagne Flutes
- Helped them with where to go for their marriage license, and made sure they were set up for their appointment
- Created a timeline including meeting in town to stop at a coffee shop, and to take downtown pictures, 4x4ing to their ceremony location while stopping to take pics with the fall colors and aspen trees, explored a waterfall, had their ceremony, and ended the night with star photos
- Sneak peek of 33 pictures delivered 4 days after their elopement, final gallery delivered at ~8 weeks
